BOOK OF JAMES

James - Chapter 4

James 4:1 says, “From whence [come] wars and fightings among you? [come they] not hence, [even] of your lusts that war in your members?” “Lusts” means “desires for pleasure [play-acting pulpit gurus and hallelujah corners; playing church].” All the babble and confusion within your church amongst your congregations certainly did not come from Father. If your church stands on our foundation who is Christ Jesus, Father is loved and adored because His truths are taught there and peace flows between the hearts and minds of the people to Father God Almighty. I Corinthians 14:33 says, “For God is not [the author] of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.” Father God is not the commander of Babylon [confusion], satan is.

James 4:2 says, “Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.” “Lust” means “to have a desire for, long for – those things forbidden [i.e. – babble and confusion which is of satan].” Ask Father God for peace and understanding which comes from studying His Word. There is no stability in most churches because truth is not taught which is what satan just loves, keeping that babble and confusion alive and flowing. Father will never be in the midst of babble and confusion since His Spirit is peaceful, loving, merciful, and full of wisdom, common sense and kind.

James 4:3 says, “Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume [it] upon your lusts.” “Amiss” means “improperly, wrongly.” If you have a mind-set of being so religious, so important to the congregation because they just cannot survive without you, that is lusts of your own heart that will surely keep you in trouble spiritually. It takes a humble spirit to teach. One who seeks in faithful prayer the blessing of understanding from Father God through Christ Jesus and studies to show themselves approved. It is not to bring praise and glory to yourself, rather to bring that edification to Father God as His children return to Him seeking that spiritual comfort only our LORD can provide as hearts and minds are open to receive truth that will keep them from the deception of satan as this Flesh or Second Earth Age reaches its end.

James 4:4 says, “Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.” This is speaking of those calling themselves teachers who teach idolatry because they are void of truth. It is necessary to understand this world we live in and be able to manage your carnal life to survive which is not hard if you are under the veil of Father God. However it you are a part of the evilness of this world including within your church which is a part of the four hidden dynasties [economics, education, politics, religion] of satan, wherein you magnify your pulpit gurus over Father God, you will never receive those spiritual blessings our LORD wants to abundantly give to His children. Being blessed abundantly in the flesh has no merit since there is not one penny, one shoe, one gold tooth that you can take with you into the Eternal Age. Seek Father’s love and blessings because He wants His children to be a friend to Him and not to this world because we were created to bring Father pleasure. It is impossible to please Father God when you do not even know the events that lead up to the return of our Lord Jesus Christ as “King of kings and Lord of lords.”

James 4:5 says, “Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy?” Genesis 6:5 teaches of the evilness of the flesh and this is why you have to stay prayed up, studying and communing with Father God to keep yourself out of trouble as you walk in this flesh. The ways of this world will keep you from having a relationship with Father and it is impossible to have spiritual peace and be kept from the deception of satan if you continue to walk in darkness which is of satan, of this world, when you should be walking within the Light who is Christ Jesus our Living Word. Truth releases you from bondage, separating you from babble and confusion.

James 4:6 says, “But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.” “Grace” means “unmerited favor.” “Proud” means “showing one’s self above others.” Study Ezekiel – Chapter 28 and understand why satan is the son of perdition; it was his pride. Humble” means “devoid of haughtiness.” Father God always extends to His children who love Him, love, grace and mercy. Grace is unmerited favor because it is of the merciful kindness of Father God. It is this grace that keeps you under the veil of protection through Christ Jesus when you embrace Father by studying His Word. Father always takes care of His own when you love Him, having faith, trust, being obedient and disciplined.

James 4:7 says, “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” In Luke 10:18 Christ Jesus gave us power over all of our enemies. Order satan out of your life in the Name of Christ Jesus and he will flee since that old devil cannot stand to be in the presence of our LORD. Father has given His children authority over all that is evil.

James 4:8 says, “Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse [your] hands, [ye] sinners; and purify [your] hearts, [ye] double minded.” “Double minded” means “a wavering, uncertain, doubting; divided in interest.” You do not want to be one who just waves back and forth like a leaf in the wind. You want to plant your feet solid in the Word of Father God so your spirit communes with Father’s Spirit. You want to be fit to be a seed planter of that same truth you have learned, sharing that wisdom with all who will receive it steadfast in the ways of truth since this is pleasing to our LORD. You cannot claim to be Christ-like when it is convenient, having one foot in the world and another in your church. Only a fool would trust you because as we learned in James 1:8, “A double minded man [is] unstable in all his ways.”

James 4:9 says, “Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and [your] joy to heaviness.” You can walk around in misery or you can have joy in our LORD as a faithful child of His word, walking in obedience and discipline. You can live your life balanced by applying common sense with wisdom because you have grafted yourself into the family of Christ Jesus, knowing what “thus saith our LORD”, which brings you peace of heart, mind and spirit.

James 4:10 says, “Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.” Father keeps His promises and He always will keep you when you give Him all the praise and the glory. All things belong to Father God and you must magnify our LORD with thanksgiving from a true and loving heart, and you can rest assured that your walk in this flesh body will be one of peace and joy as you pray without ceasing for the return of our Lord Jesus Christ.

James 4:11 says, “Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of [his] brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.” Watch your tongue and be kind. There is only one “Judge” and His name is “YAHOVAH.” Father God does not need any help and no one except our Father knows the heart of any of His children. If you judge another to Heaven or hell you place yourself in jeopardy in the sight of Almighty God. Spiritual discernment is a wonderful thing; however it has nothing to do with judging. Leave that to He who created all and knows all. Mathew 10:28 teaches of the power of Almighty God since He alone judges the destiny of all souls.

James 4:12 says, “There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?” Who do you think you are condemning someone else to hell? You best rethink those words spewing out of your mouth since Father God needs no help from mankind when it comes to the destiny of His children and is not pleased when you believe you can decide or even give your opinion on the fate of the soul of another. Out of your mouth you justify yourself and out of your mouth you condemn yourself.

James 4:13 says, “Go to now, ye that say, To day or to morrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain:” Anything you attain that is void of Father’s blessings is not something you want to take possession of. The very elect know that all blessings come from Father when you are under His will. Father will see to you having all that you need and expects His election to also you common sense. Christ Jesus said to Peter in Luke – Chapter 22 when He was about to leave them, our Lord’s crucifixion at hand, that He had provided their needs while walking with the disciples and to continue using common sense to have what is needful as their work continues for our LORD as He goes to sit at the right hand of His Father who is in Heaven. When you do all things according to the plan of Father you will receive what you are needful of which includes common sense to take the blessings of Father and make do.

James 4:14 says, “Whereas ye know not what [shall be] on the morrow. For what [is] your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.” No one knows what tomorrow will bring and you do not give your soul over to Father God since it already belongs to Him as is taught in Ezekiel 18:4. When the flesh body passes away, your spirit body returns to He who gave it, our Father God Almighty. For a short time, your spiritual self, through Father God, gave life to your flesh body. Therefore, your heart and mind should be on those things which are spiritual since flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of Almighty God. The flesh can be here today, and poof, just like a mist, gone tomorrow. Your spirit however can live on.

James 4:15 says, “For that ye [ought] to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that.” If you are under the will of Father God all things are possible for your life and you only want those things that our LORD wants you to have since your purpose is to be a part of the plan of Almighty God as you are in His service; doers of Father’s Word.

James 4:16 says, “But now ye rejoice in your boastings: all such rejoicing is evil.” If what you have did not come from Father, rather from the backs of His children as you keep them on a guilt trip with false teachings, you are walking on shaking ground, Father knowing all and seeing all. You cannot do things your way, leaving Father God out. That is the path satan wants to see you take and you can rest assured that just as surely as you do, trouble and evil will be lurking for you; satan grabbing you right up into his clutch of deception and false peace when he is cast to this earth as the first/false christ. All things that you are, have, and are a part of spiritually and physically should most definitely be by the will of Father God Almighty.

James 4:17 says, “Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth [it] not, to him it is sin.” If you know better and you carry on in the ways of the world, Father is not pleased. There are some who know the truth who stand in your pulpits and refuse to teach it because it may cause them to lose the riches desired for happy days in the flesh. When you know the truth which means Father is a part of your life, seek all blessing from our LORD and know, understand and believe that you will not be deprived of any good thing. “Father God is always Faithful and True to those under His will.”
