Hebrews - Chapter 12
Hebrews 12:1 says, “Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset [us], and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,” Paul is teaching that there are a great number of witnesses, so large, he likens them to a “cloud.” I Thessalonians 4:17 says, “Then we which are alive {on the earth} [and] remain shall be caught up {changed from flesh to spiritual bodies} together with them in the clouds {the zadok, the heavenly hosts who return to this earth with Christ Jesus}, to meet the Lord in the air {all those in the flesh taking on their spiritual bodies to be in the presence of our Lord}: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.” “Clouds” are symbolic of “a mass of or a large gathering of people, those who believe and have faith in our Father, a group of witnesses”, and “air” means “breath of life {spiritual body}.” This is to say, when Christ Jesus returns to this earth at the Seventh Trump with His “upright ones, the zadok who are Father’s children {clouds}”, we of the earth, still within flesh bodies, shall all be changed instantly from our flesh bodies to our spiritual bodies {air – breath of life body, spiritual body}.” Paul spoke Colloquial Greek, which is slang, much as our slang of today when we may say, “ let me fly to the store.” He was using a figure of speech. This Verse is teaching of the Second Advent when Christ shall return to this earth, “with clouds” or “with the masses” of “His saints, the zadok, the upright ones, the Heavenly hosts.” Although many churches use Verses from I Thessalonians – Chapter 4 to chatter their false teachings, which is the rapture theory or fly away, any moment doctrines, all they show to those with eyes to see and ears to hear, which is having the wisdom of our Father’s Word within your heart and mind, is their Biblical illiteracy, and the fact that they enjoy being in that position of ignorance. “Race” means “an assembly.” This is symbolic of a marathon race such as was the Greek races of ancient Athens, spiritually meaning those who are true christians, understanding Father’s Word, in the Name of Christ Jesus, who are runners in His race and do so with “patience” which means “endurance” since they never give up. Matthew 24:12 & 13 says, “And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.” “But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.” In not giving up, you “lay aside every weight” which are all those sinful actions of the flesh that would keep you from being a witness to and doing the works of Father God Almighty. Sin will hold you back if you do not confess of them and lift that weight off of yourself. When you are a part of a church where there is Biblical illiteracy, teaching the doctrines and traditions of men, that is sin that will weigh you down and keep you from the path Christ Jesus taught us to walk. That “weight of sin” is anything you allow to come between you and Father God. It takes faith and endurance to run the race and stay on course so you are pleasing to Father God, waiting for our True Christ to return to this earth as “King of kings and Lord of lords when that Seventh Trumpet sounds.”
Hebrews 12:2 says, “Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of [our] faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.” “Christ Jesus” is the “Beginning {author/preface} and End {conclusion} of our faith.” Christ Jesus our Living Word of Father God Almighty. Our Lord took our strips on that cross, giving of His Perfect Self that all of mankind could receive the healing when repenting of sins committed before the Throne of Father God Almighty, in the Precious Name of Christ Jesus who is our Advocator as He now sits at the right Hand of Father God Almighty, Faithful and True. It is through repentance that all the weight of sin that besets us is done away with and Father does not want to hear about it once He has forgiven, rather He wants His children to be faithful and serve Him in all love and patience until our Lord Jesus Christ returns as “King of kings and Lord of lords” to this earth to claim His bride {those not deceived by satan} and reign over the Millennial Kingdom teaching. What greater love could Father God have given to His children {mankind} then to take the Flesh through our Lord Jesus Christ and be born from above. This is the “greatest love of all”, and if this does not turn you to love Father in return and be a faithful servant, what shall. You are ripe for the deception of satan if you do not understand these truths. Therefore, bear within your “spiritual mind” that we are continuing to run that race taught of in Verse 1. Fix your “spiritual eyes and heart” on Christ Jesus who is the “finisher” of the race we are a part of which shall be won, completed, if you have faith in our Father. Almighty God’s Word was inspired and spoken through His children of the “Old Testament” and Christ Jesus was born from above to endure the cross for all of mankind, living the Word of Almighty God, and in doing this, our Lord became the “finisher of our faith.” Our Lord “endured” that cross and the “shame” that came with it because of love for His children and seeing the spiritual joy within all those who love Him and Father God Almighty, becoming faithful servants. Christ Jesus, after His resurrection, ascended into Heaven to sit at the right hand of His Father becoming our Advocator to Almighty God, and never leaving us alone, sent His Holy Spirit, our Comforter, to reside with us on this earth. Because of this, you never stand alone when you stand against satan and his entourage as we live within this flesh. Therefore, walking the Christ-like path is within our reach and there is no excuse to not have victory over the trials and tribulations of this world since there is “victory” when you have “faith in our Father.”
Hebrews 12:3 says, “For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.” Meditate on that sacrifice Christ Jesus made on the cross at Calvary in comparison to your trials and tribulation. Think about what our Lord endured as He sacrificed His Perfect Self for you and me, mankind, and stop feeling sorry for yourself when there are hurdles in your path as you walk in the flesh. Christ Jesus rent that veil from Heaven to earth and we are no longer separated from Father God whom we can now come before because of Christ and have those weights of sin removed as Father forgives our transgressions. Removing the guilt of sin through Christ Jesus, our Advocator to Father, frees you from the sting of guilt that weighs you down spiritually, freeing you up so you can continue to run that race until our Lord returns as “King of kings and Lord of lords.”
Hebrews 12:4 says, “Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.” Christ Jesus was nailed to that cross, a crown of thorns placed upon His Precious Head, and His Perfect Body bled for us. The race Christ Jesus ran in being pleasing to His Father, there is none other ever created who could have endured that cross as Christ did, finishing the race that upon repentance through Christ before our Father, from a pure and loving heart, our sins are forgiven. Meditate on this great love wherein our Lord paid the price for our sins, defeating death who is satan because of “love.”
Hebrews 12:5 says, “And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him:” When Father God loves His children so much as to chastise, thank Him for this blessing of care. If Father did not care, did not love His children, He would simply turn His back and not chastise wrongs committed, leaving you lost within a maze. Praise Almighty God for His correction and ask for His blessings to do better today than you did yesterday. You want to remember that all of your wrongs cannot be blamed on satan. While he is an evil, busy entity always doing wrong, some things that happen within our lives are a result of our own doings. Father will step in one way or the other and discipline His children to keep them on the right path. Welcome Father’s chastisement into your life since this is proof positive that you are most definitely His loved child.
Hebrews 12:6 says, “For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.” Father God corrects His children because He does not want them lost in a world of babble and confusion, always wanting what is best and keeping His children inclined to a spiritual life. Proverbs 3:11 & 12 says, “My son, despise not the chastening of the LORD; neither be weary of his correction:” “For whom the LORD loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son [in whom] he delighteth.” There is no delight to a parent who has an unruly child. The same holds fast for Father God because His love for His children is true and faithful, and it takes discipline to serve our LORD. There is not one created who is perfect, and knowing this, you should feel joyful inside of yourself to know Father wraps His loving arms around you each time He disciplines so you can endure, remain faithful and stay on the course of that race so you are standing with all those who finish, Christ Jesus right there with you. This brings our Father joy, wherein He delights in you.
Hebrews 12:7 says, “If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?” It is imperative that you accept Father’s “chastening” with “humbleness.” Almighty God is our Father and when He sees His children taking the wrong path heading for trouble, because of love, He will correct you so that you return unto Him. Think about parents who have children who are unruly and never correct them. That child is not loved because there is no loving parent to help them stay on the right path to keep them safe from harm. With love comes chastisement which brings about discipline and obedience. Welcome Father’s love and be grateful, thankful that He cares enough to discipline you.
Hebrews 12:8 says, “But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.” Bastard” means “you are disowned, not acknowledged.” If you belong to satan and are doing his will, you are his child, which means you do not belong to Father God, and look at it as Father will not correct you because you are another entity’s child. This is not a safe zone to be a part of. You want to be a part of the many-membered Body of Christ Jesus wherein you are under Father’s chastisement, a wonderful place to be. Therefore, if you do not accept Father’s correction, you are not a part of Him spiritually. All of mankind was created by and for Father God, and when you make a choice to draw away from Father, although He will never leave or forsake you even in your ignorance toward Him, for the pleasures you are seeking to please within the flesh, you are stepping out on your own and Father will let you sink. Anything that is against Father God is for your own personal pleasure so when trouble falls on you, be able to handle it. Love is not sugar coated candy consumed daily since that will decay your teeth. Love is sweet when it comes from Father because everything about it is balanced, fair and just. Loving Father means you accept all that He gives humbly, being thankful which brings about respect for He who created all of mankind for His good pleasure. You want to be under Father’s correction, not away from it.
Hebrews 12:9 says, “Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected [us], and we gave [them] reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?” “Fathers of our flesh” are of course our earthly parents who most often children will respect {reverence} when they correct because love creates respect, an earned emotion. Being subject to correction from the “Father of spirits is the Holy Spirit”, and “live” means to have “eternal life” because of accepting it and doing all you can to be disciplined and obedient because of it. Earthly parents have the best of intentions, trying to do the right thing when they correct their children so they mature appropriately. However flesh shall perish and with that goes the carnal discipline because the body exists no more. Correction from our Father God is so needful because it is chastisement for your spirit self which shall live on eternally when you are obedient to our LORD. In the flesh we have different parents, while in the spirit we have one Parent, Father God Almighty Himself since all souls belong to our Lord [Ezekiel 18:4]. You show love and respect for Father when He corrects by studying His Word because within it is the path to discipline and obedience which is a guide to eternal life.
Hebrews 12:10 says, “For they verily for a few days chastened [us] after their own pleasure; but he for [our] profit, that [we] might be partakers of his holiness.” Our earthly parents, loving their children, do the best they can raising them, chastising when necessary, not knowing what lies in their futures. Our Father God however, knows what lies within the future of His children and He helps {profits} us to do that which is good through loving chastisement that all may be “partakers of His holiness {sanctity, entitled to blessings, the inheritance}, as we reside with our LORD for the Eternity. This is why when Father chastens His children, it serves you well to be thankful and show our LORD appreciation by doing the best you can to improve your spiritual life, studying His Word, seeking understanding so you can stand through this Flesh or Second Earth Age, being a part of the many-membered Body of Christ Jesus through the Millennial Kingdom, and forever with Father God in the Third or Eternal Earth Age.
Hebrews 12:11 says, “Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.” It is only natural to feel hurt when you are chastised by your earthly parents, and of course even more so when Father God chastises when you love and are thankful to Him because you want to be pleasing and know Father receives joy in you since He gives all of His children such joy when you are faithful. Understanding Father’s chastisement, going through the emotions of this so sweet loving correction blossoms a quietness {peaceable fruit of righteousness} within your spiritual self which brings you joy in the blessings of Father God. There is such happiness when you have a spirit inclined to Father. No matter what is happening in your life, when you err and Father has to discipline you, it is so worth it since it brings a peace inside of yourself that you can receive from no other. Be thankful and appreciate Father’s loving chastisement, disciplining your life so you are obedient to Almighty God as you study His Word, walking the Christ-like path since this is the only way you can be a true christian.
Hebrews 12:12 says, “Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees;” For those who are just poor little victims, always feeling sorry for themselves, no pep in their step, whining and complaining all the time, simply dismissing the happiness and joy that rests within Father God, take hold of those poor me babies around you and remind them of how great Father is and how wonderful life is when you are under His love. This world is full of babble and confusion, evil and wickedness, so you know it is not of Almighty God since Father God reigns over peace, love and joy. If you are one of these poor little victims or if there are people in your life who are, help them lift up their hands to Father God and stand on our Foundation who is Christ Jesus by studying the Word of Almighty God, seeking that increase of knowledge only He can give so you have reason to stand spiritually and not falter, having strength within your heart and mind so you can be a faithful servant to Father God. Consider the fact that we are all children of Father God and when we help one another through encouraging study of our LORD’s Word, Chapter by Chapter, Verse by Verse, Line upon Line, it convicts and draws you out of the foolishness of the world, and Father God, finding pleasure in your communing with Him, has no reason to chastise. Father God has an abundance of grace and mercy to bestow upon His children. There is nothing that goes on within your life that cannot be settled and made peaceful when you study Father’s Word, understand His promises and become a part of His christian family through Christ Jesus who is our Living Word. There is a battle soon to be upon this earth, satan with his lies, trickeries and deceiving wonders, perpetrating a great deception, and you must be ready, armed with Father’s Truths, standing as a faithful servant, ready to do the will of our LORD God Almighty. The end is very near and this is a time to be strong and mighty so you are ready to stand against satan and his entourage, Father God always at the helm. You cannot run the race if your hands are hanging down and your knees are feeble.
Hebrews 12:13 says, “And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed.” Through Christ Jesus, relieve yourself of the weight of sin so you can run that race to the finish for Father God Almighty, doing so on a Christ-like path which is the straight path to Father. If you allow yourself to be led from that straight path Christ Jesus taught us to walk, you will be lost in this world with your hands down and feeble knees. What good are you if you have truth within your mind and you allow weakness to cause you to go astray, taking those who you should be a shining example to right along with you wherein they remain lame, not receiving blessings from Father God for that spiritual healing necessary to be His willing servant. Father’s Word is healing and strengthening and this is why it is imperative when you are a plant seeder or teacher of Father’s Word to have true knowledge to share, which eliminates the babble and confusion of those playing church. Proverbs 4:26 & 27 says, “Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established.” “Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil.” The path to eternal life is not crooked, it is straight and you must be firmly established so you or those who follow you do not stumble, and allow yourself to be led astray. Stay on the straight and narrow of Father’s Word so you are led into His outstretched arms of love. Remember what happened to satan because he left the straight and narrow path, his fate now to become ashes from within since he is the son of perdition.
Hebrews 12:14 says, “Follow peace with all [men], and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:” If possible, and it takes strong prayer and study, pursue peace with people, wherein there is sanctification, purity {holiness} which can only be accomplished through Christ Jesus. Christ is our Living Word and it is through understanding His Word that you have peace and can offer calm which comes through sharing the truth of Father’s Word which eliminates babble, confusion, gossip, critical thinking and all matters of behavior that are not pleasing to Father God. When you do mess up however, repent before Father God Almighty in the Precious Name of Christ Jesus. The torch carried while running the race is the very Word of our LORD God Almighty. Feebleness, which is weakness, means your faith is not as strong as it should be which is certainly not pleasing to Father. As the very elect of Father God, Christ Jesus teaches us how to feed His sheep {children} in John – Chapter 21 that all with ears to hear and eyes to see may become as the very elect, likewise doing the will of our Father so that at the appointed time, all shall be in His presence for the Eternity.
Hebrews 12:15 says, “Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble [you], and thereby many be defiled;” “Looking diligently” means “to look upon, inspect, oversee, look after, care for.” “Springing up” means “grow, germination.” “Bitterness” is a “bitter root that produces bitter fruit, gall.” “Trouble you” means “to excite, disturbance, annoy.” “Be defiled” means “to pollute with sins.” Therefore, you must be of a sweet spirit and keep seeds of bitterness from your path and the path of others so this poison does not germinate within your mind, because that poison is satan’s bitter, evil spirit. Keeping on that straight path, finishing the race through the Word of Father God keeps you and others from being polluted with sin which shall cause your hands to hang down and your knees to be weak which brings about a disturbed spirit which is of satan as well.
Hebrews 12:16 says, “Lest there [be] any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright.” “Fornicator” means “a man who prostitutes his body to another's lust for hire.” This is likened to Esau because he sold his birthright for a bowl of mush to feed his flesh as is taught in Genesis – Chapter 25. What Esau did was take that which Father had given to him and sold it to satan, which disregarded the promises of our LORD. This same disobedience shall occur when satan is cast to this earth at the sounding of the Sixth Trump and most of the people of this world, because he comes in peacefully, prosperously, and giving the appearance of Christ Jesus, as Esau, shall sell their souls, prostituting themselves as they lie as a whore {spiritually speaking} in his bed of deception, selling the inheritance Father has given and the birthright into His Eternal Kingdom. This is what happens when you fail to study Father’s Word, understanding those events that shall consummate the end of this Flesh or Second Earth Age, having no clue as to the promises Father has made to His children. This is why you must study for yourself, seeking that understanding only Father God can give, removing the doctrines and traditions of men from your life.
Hebrews 12:17 says, “For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.” When Esau repented as is taught in Genesis – Chapter 27 for selling himself to satan for that bowl of mush, he did not repent to Almighty God, he repented to his flesh father in an attempt to get the heritage that had been passed to Jacob. Just like satan, he wanted that which he was not worthy of. His remorse was not because he took responsibility for sinning, it was because his belly was full and he then realized what he had given up in selling his God given heritage, and this poor excuse of a man blamed his brother for having taken it from him. It never even entered his evil, wicked mind to seek forgiveness from Father God, he just wanted his earthly father to fix the problem he placed upon himself. Esau did not have Father within His spirit just like those calling themselves christians as we now live do not, rather, having the spirit of their pulpit gurus whom they revere over Almighty God who is the only One who can forgive your sins repented for through Christ Jesus. When you have no clue that satan is going to be cast to this earth to perpetrate the greatest deception ever to be known to mankind, believing you are going to rapture, fly away, any moment from the earth, doctrines and traditions of men your inheritance, you are the same prostitute Esau was as you become satan’s harlot {spiritually speaking} when you bow down and worship him because you believe he is our True Christ here to rapture you away. With this severe ignorance you will be rejecting Father God Himself, His promises and the inheritance He has promised to you. If you do not understand these truths, you have turned your back on Father God and He does not like that. Father is not interested in you claiming Him with your lips and having hearts that are far from Him, not even knowing what Christ Jesus taught in Matthew - Chapter 24, Mark – Chapter 13, Luke - Chapters 17 & 21 to keep you on the straight and narrow path which leads to the arms of Almighty God.
Hebrews 12:18 says, “For ye are not come unto the mount that might be touched, and that burned with fire, nor unto blackness, and darkness, and tempest,” In Exodus Chapter 19 {Verses 10 – 12}, Father instructed Moses to let the people know, even though they had cleansed themselves for two days, they still were not worthy spiritually and they were to stand outside of the border, their feet not to touch Mount Sinai. That spiritual cleansing would come through Christ Jesus who had not yet been born from above. The “Old Testament”, as all of Father’s Word, Christ Jesus being our Living Word, teaches us the way, the path, the truth, to the “Light” for that spiritual cleansing, that path opened when Christ Jesus was born from above. Our Lord sacrificing Himself on that cross at Calvary, rent that veil from top to bottom, which means from Heaven to earth, and having defeated death, who is satan, all of Father’s children can now come before His Throne in the Name of Christ Jesus.
Hebrews 12:19 says, “And the sound of a trumpet, and the voice of words; which [voice] they that heard intreated that the word should not be spoken to them any more:” In that same Chapter of Exodus {Verse 16}, when the people heard the voice of Father God, they were frightened, not wanting to hear what Father had to say. As it was, so it is today as those calling themselves christians do not want to hear the voice of Father God which is His Holy Word. They would rather hear the nothingness spoken from the mouths of their pulpit gurus. The “Holy Bible” is the voice of “Almighty God”, and most of the people now upon this earth do not want to hear these truths which brings about discipline, obedience and wisdom because it requires work, which is faithful study. It is impossible to be Christ-like or walk a Christ-like path if you are not disciplined and obedient to the “voice of Father God Almighty.” Because the people who were assembled with Moses trembled and feared Father God, our LORD dismissed them and had Moses come before Him to receive the laws and statutes. Moses would repeat that which Father instructed to the people and it was up to them to follow the Word of our LORD receiving rewards, or turn away from His truths and suffer the consequences of their actions. As it was, so it is today for all of those of this earth who chose not to listen to the Word of Father God wherein are blessings and rewards, rather because of their disobedience, falling prey to satan’s deception when he is cast to this earth to perpetrate the greatest deception ever to be known to mankind because they chose to listen to the doctrines and traditions of men. It is impossible to keep the laws of Father God because flesh is doomed to sin, however there is repentance through Christ Jesus when you hear the voice of Father God, going before His Throne as often as necessary with a pure and remorseful heart seeking forgiveness.
Hebrews 12:20 says, “(For they could not endure that which was commanded, And if so much as a beast touch the mountain, it shall be stoned, or thrust through with a dart:” This is specifically “Verse 13 of Exodus – Chapter 19.” No man or beast could cross the border Father laid around Mount Sinai and if they did, the penalty was death because of disobedience. There were laws in place and Father expected them to be observed and when they were not, sacrifices were offered for their sins through the priests of Almighty God. All of these practices were done away with the coming of Christ Jesus. While not one jot of the laws of Father have changed, there is no longer a need for sacrifices before Almighty God since Christ Jesus, having paid the price for one and all times, is now our Intercessor to Father God and we may repent as often as is necessary, which is every day since flesh is sinful in nature. Father God has given mankind an awesome privilege with repentance, eliminating all excuses, and still so many of mankind chose to carry around their sins, weighing their spiritual selves down, placing distance between themselves and Father God by choice. A time is coming when once again the voice of Almighty God shall cause the earth to tremble as is taught in Revelation 16:17 & 18 which says, “And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done.” “And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, [and] so great.” His Name is Christ Jesus, our “King of kings and Lord of lords.”
Hebrews 12:21 says, “And so terrible was the sight, [that] Moses said, I exceedingly fear and quake:)” This is Exodus 19:19 – 25, the people, Moses as well, fearful, however Moses obeyed the voice of Father who commanded Him to enter into that border of Mount Sinai, the City of Almighty God, because he was faithful, disciplined and obedient which is love for Father. Moses came before our “Consuming Fire, Father God who spoke to him through a burning bush in Exodus – Chapter 3. Father God wants His children to boldly, which means confidently, come before Him, and to not do so timidly, which means with apprehension. Father is not to be feared, He is to be revered {loved}, and Moses was so privileged to stand before our LORD God Almighty. While as we live in this generation we cannot be so privileged, the way to Father God is still free from stubble as we approach Him through the Holy Spirit, in the Name of Christ Jesus. Father loves us and He wants all of His children to speak with Him confidently since this shows love and faith.
Hebrews 12:22 says, “But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,” Father God has written to us, through His Word, the plan for salvation, who is Christ Jesus, when through the Holy Spirit, sins are repented for. Christ Jesus, after His crucifixion, went back to the time of Noah offering salvation to all who had been born before His coming to this earth as is taught in I Peter 3:18 – 22. Father God shall use whomever He so pleases, even the angels who are in Heaven, to help His children in time of need when you are a part of His family. Father God promised that He would never leave or forsake His children and our LORD always, always keeps His promises. It is His children who leave and forsake Him, too busy playing church, lost in the ways of the world, involved in all matters of foolishness, having time for everything and everyone, full of energy for nonsense, however too lazy to spend time with Father studying, praying and seeking understanding of His Word, Chapter by Chapter, Verse by Verse. You want to be a part of the many-membered Body of Christ Jesus, and not a part of the body of this world which shall surely perish at the sounding of the Seventh Trumpet.
Hebrews 12:23 says, “To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,” The “general assembly and the church of the firstborn” are the “very elect” of Father God whom He chose before the foundation of this Flesh or Second Earth Age [Ephesians – Chapter 1 and Romans – Chapter 8]. “Just” means “the zadok {righteous, observing divine laws}.” The very elect were chosen and judged in the Heavenly or First Earth Age because when satan [lucifer] rebelled against Father God [Ezekiel – Chapter 28], they stood with Father against satan and his entourage. Just as the very elect stood in the Age that was, they shall likewise “stand against satan” when he is cast to this earth at the Sixth Trump wherein he will be deceiving most of mankind into believing he is our True Christ here to rapture them away. The names of the very elect are written in the “Book of Life” as is taught in Revelation 20:6 which says, “Blessed and holy [is] he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.” When Christ Jesus returns as “King of kings and Lord of lords”, the very elect, as all of mankind, shall be changed from their flesh bodies into their spiritual bodies, however the very elect shall have immortal souls [Revelation 20:4 -6], while all those who did not stand with Father in the First Earth Age and as well are deceived in this Second Earth Age by the first/false christ [satan], shall have mortal souls. Those spiritual bodies with mortal souls shall be a part of the second testing or resurrection when satan is loosed for a short period after the Millennial Kingdom teaching [Revelation 20:7 & 8] and all mortal souls who remain faithful to the teachings of Christ, will overcome, and all those who still follow death [satan], shall not be a part of everlasting life.
Hebrews 12:24 says, “And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than [that of] Abel.” Salvation came about into the lives of Father’s children through the shed blood of Christ Jesus, while Abel’s shed blood cried out to Father to avenge him. Christ Jesus’ “blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things” has led mankind straight to the “Throne of Father God”, that veil having been rent from Heaven to earth, top to bottom, Christ now our Mediator to Father God Almighty, and therefore all are without excuse. I Timothy 2:5 & 6 says, “For [there is] one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;” “Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.” Surely the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ is the greatest love of all as He is our Advocator to Father God, now sitting at His right hand, and all those who love, believe, trust the promises of, repenting of sins upon acceptance of the New Covenant, may approach Father God freely, heart to heart by the blessing of the Holy Spirit.
Hebrews 12:25 says, “See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more [shall not] we [escape], if we turn away from him that [speaketh] from heaven:” Many did not listen to Moses {that spake on earth} who gave them the Old Covenant as commanded by Father God, refusing to listen and Father was not pleased. Christ Jesus now sits at the right hand of Father God, having left mankind the blessing of His Holy Spirit, is our New Covenant as He speaks to us through the “Holy Bible.” If you are not studying Chapter by Chapter, Verse by Verse, you have no idea what the teachings of Christ Jesus are. Knowledge and understanding comes from faithful study, showing yourself approved unto Father God who is the only One who can grant that increase of understanding His truths. It is impossible to run the race and stand for Father God when you have no idea of His instructions because you are not listening to our Living Word who is Christ Jesus, which means you are turning away from Father God.
Hebrews 12:26 says, “Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.” The voice of Father God shook the earth when He spoke to Moses and the children [Exodus – Chapter 19], and there is a time yet to come when our LORD’s voice shall shake Heaven and earth. Haggai 2:6 & 7 says, “For thus saith the LORD of hosts; Yet once, it [is] a little while, and I will shake the heavens, and the earth, and the sea, and the dry [land];” “And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the LORD of hosts.” This shaking shall begin when that Seventh Trumpet sounds and our Lord Jesus Christ returns to this earth as “King of kings and Lord of lords to reign over the Millennial Kingdom teaching.” The one world religious system of satan shall crumble into nothingness as our Lord Jesus Christ is Ruler of all the earth. Isaiah 65:17 says, “For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.” Revelation 21:1 says, “And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.” That shaking will end when our Father God Almighty with all of His Heavenly hosts descends to this earth which shall be a new Heaven and a new Jerusalem.
Hebrews 12:27 says, “And this [word], Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.” While there will be a “shaking upon the earth and in Heaven”, there shall be a “spiritual shaking” as well, and if you are standing upon the “Rock, who is Christ Jesus”, you have nothing to fear since you will not be removed from that “Foundation” as you continue to run the race crossing the finished line right into the arms of our “True Bridegroom who is Christ Jesus.” It is love for Father God, obedience to His Word, understanding His Truths, always remaining faithful that shall keep you from those doctrines and traditions of men that would cause you to stumble and fall.
Hebrews 12:28 says, “Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:” There is assurance in the Word of Father God that brings you joy when you have understanding of what “thus saith our LORD.” Knowledge of Father’s Word, understanding the Parables Christ Jesus told all of mankind to know and understand, will keep you standing on a solid “Rock who is Christ Jesus”, and there is nothing that can separate you from the love of Father God who extends grace and mercy upon all those who are faithful to Him through our Intercessor, Christ Jesus. Father God loves all of His children, however He shall not be pleased and will be angry at all who bow down and worship His enemy who is satan because of Biblical ignorance, therefore they have reason to tremble, shake and fall. To serve “Father God acceptably with reverence and godly fear {esteem}”, you have to know and understand all those things Christ Jesus taught in Matthew - Chapter 24, Mark – Chapter 13, Luke - Chapters 17 & 21.
Hebrews 12:29 says, “For our God [is] a consuming fire.” This is tender love, grace, kindness, protection and warmth to those in Father’s service, His Holy Spirit, “Father’s glory present.” However, to the enemies of our LORD and Christ Jesus, it shall burn their souls from within [satan, the fallen angels], and those who shall allow themselves to be deceived when satan is cast to this earth shall feel the might of Father’s chastisement, His wrath because of it. Those who shall follow satan believing he is our True Christ shall see a time of discipline and sorrow during the Millennial Kingdom as the very elect will receive their just, earned “rewards” for running the race and standing for Father God, faithfully. Our LORD God Almighty is fair and just in all of His ways. That which you deserve, you shall receive. Study the Word of Father God, feel the joy He brings through Christ Jesus, and be blessed by the Holy Spirit when “YAHOVAH, Father God Almighty and Yeshua, Christ Jesus” is your life!
Hebrews 12:2 says, “Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of [our] faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.” “Christ Jesus” is the “Beginning {author/preface} and End {conclusion} of our faith.” Christ Jesus our Living Word of Father God Almighty. Our Lord took our strips on that cross, giving of His Perfect Self that all of mankind could receive the healing when repenting of sins committed before the Throne of Father God Almighty, in the Precious Name of Christ Jesus who is our Advocator as He now sits at the right Hand of Father God Almighty, Faithful and True. It is through repentance that all the weight of sin that besets us is done away with and Father does not want to hear about it once He has forgiven, rather He wants His children to be faithful and serve Him in all love and patience until our Lord Jesus Christ returns as “King of kings and Lord of lords” to this earth to claim His bride {those not deceived by satan} and reign over the Millennial Kingdom teaching. What greater love could Father God have given to His children {mankind} then to take the Flesh through our Lord Jesus Christ and be born from above. This is the “greatest love of all”, and if this does not turn you to love Father in return and be a faithful servant, what shall. You are ripe for the deception of satan if you do not understand these truths. Therefore, bear within your “spiritual mind” that we are continuing to run that race taught of in Verse 1. Fix your “spiritual eyes and heart” on Christ Jesus who is the “finisher” of the race we are a part of which shall be won, completed, if you have faith in our Father. Almighty God’s Word was inspired and spoken through His children of the “Old Testament” and Christ Jesus was born from above to endure the cross for all of mankind, living the Word of Almighty God, and in doing this, our Lord became the “finisher of our faith.” Our Lord “endured” that cross and the “shame” that came with it because of love for His children and seeing the spiritual joy within all those who love Him and Father God Almighty, becoming faithful servants. Christ Jesus, after His resurrection, ascended into Heaven to sit at the right hand of His Father becoming our Advocator to Almighty God, and never leaving us alone, sent His Holy Spirit, our Comforter, to reside with us on this earth. Because of this, you never stand alone when you stand against satan and his entourage as we live within this flesh. Therefore, walking the Christ-like path is within our reach and there is no excuse to not have victory over the trials and tribulations of this world since there is “victory” when you have “faith in our Father.”
Hebrews 12:3 says, “For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.” Meditate on that sacrifice Christ Jesus made on the cross at Calvary in comparison to your trials and tribulation. Think about what our Lord endured as He sacrificed His Perfect Self for you and me, mankind, and stop feeling sorry for yourself when there are hurdles in your path as you walk in the flesh. Christ Jesus rent that veil from Heaven to earth and we are no longer separated from Father God whom we can now come before because of Christ and have those weights of sin removed as Father forgives our transgressions. Removing the guilt of sin through Christ Jesus, our Advocator to Father, frees you from the sting of guilt that weighs you down spiritually, freeing you up so you can continue to run that race until our Lord returns as “King of kings and Lord of lords.”
Hebrews 12:4 says, “Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.” Christ Jesus was nailed to that cross, a crown of thorns placed upon His Precious Head, and His Perfect Body bled for us. The race Christ Jesus ran in being pleasing to His Father, there is none other ever created who could have endured that cross as Christ did, finishing the race that upon repentance through Christ before our Father, from a pure and loving heart, our sins are forgiven. Meditate on this great love wherein our Lord paid the price for our sins, defeating death who is satan because of “love.”
Hebrews 12:5 says, “And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him:” When Father God loves His children so much as to chastise, thank Him for this blessing of care. If Father did not care, did not love His children, He would simply turn His back and not chastise wrongs committed, leaving you lost within a maze. Praise Almighty God for His correction and ask for His blessings to do better today than you did yesterday. You want to remember that all of your wrongs cannot be blamed on satan. While he is an evil, busy entity always doing wrong, some things that happen within our lives are a result of our own doings. Father will step in one way or the other and discipline His children to keep them on the right path. Welcome Father’s chastisement into your life since this is proof positive that you are most definitely His loved child.
Hebrews 12:6 says, “For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.” Father God corrects His children because He does not want them lost in a world of babble and confusion, always wanting what is best and keeping His children inclined to a spiritual life. Proverbs 3:11 & 12 says, “My son, despise not the chastening of the LORD; neither be weary of his correction:” “For whom the LORD loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son [in whom] he delighteth.” There is no delight to a parent who has an unruly child. The same holds fast for Father God because His love for His children is true and faithful, and it takes discipline to serve our LORD. There is not one created who is perfect, and knowing this, you should feel joyful inside of yourself to know Father wraps His loving arms around you each time He disciplines so you can endure, remain faithful and stay on the course of that race so you are standing with all those who finish, Christ Jesus right there with you. This brings our Father joy, wherein He delights in you.
Hebrews 12:7 says, “If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?” It is imperative that you accept Father’s “chastening” with “humbleness.” Almighty God is our Father and when He sees His children taking the wrong path heading for trouble, because of love, He will correct you so that you return unto Him. Think about parents who have children who are unruly and never correct them. That child is not loved because there is no loving parent to help them stay on the right path to keep them safe from harm. With love comes chastisement which brings about discipline and obedience. Welcome Father’s love and be grateful, thankful that He cares enough to discipline you.
Hebrews 12:8 says, “But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.” Bastard” means “you are disowned, not acknowledged.” If you belong to satan and are doing his will, you are his child, which means you do not belong to Father God, and look at it as Father will not correct you because you are another entity’s child. This is not a safe zone to be a part of. You want to be a part of the many-membered Body of Christ Jesus wherein you are under Father’s chastisement, a wonderful place to be. Therefore, if you do not accept Father’s correction, you are not a part of Him spiritually. All of mankind was created by and for Father God, and when you make a choice to draw away from Father, although He will never leave or forsake you even in your ignorance toward Him, for the pleasures you are seeking to please within the flesh, you are stepping out on your own and Father will let you sink. Anything that is against Father God is for your own personal pleasure so when trouble falls on you, be able to handle it. Love is not sugar coated candy consumed daily since that will decay your teeth. Love is sweet when it comes from Father because everything about it is balanced, fair and just. Loving Father means you accept all that He gives humbly, being thankful which brings about respect for He who created all of mankind for His good pleasure. You want to be under Father’s correction, not away from it.
Hebrews 12:9 says, “Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected [us], and we gave [them] reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?” “Fathers of our flesh” are of course our earthly parents who most often children will respect {reverence} when they correct because love creates respect, an earned emotion. Being subject to correction from the “Father of spirits is the Holy Spirit”, and “live” means to have “eternal life” because of accepting it and doing all you can to be disciplined and obedient because of it. Earthly parents have the best of intentions, trying to do the right thing when they correct their children so they mature appropriately. However flesh shall perish and with that goes the carnal discipline because the body exists no more. Correction from our Father God is so needful because it is chastisement for your spirit self which shall live on eternally when you are obedient to our LORD. In the flesh we have different parents, while in the spirit we have one Parent, Father God Almighty Himself since all souls belong to our Lord [Ezekiel 18:4]. You show love and respect for Father when He corrects by studying His Word because within it is the path to discipline and obedience which is a guide to eternal life.
Hebrews 12:10 says, “For they verily for a few days chastened [us] after their own pleasure; but he for [our] profit, that [we] might be partakers of his holiness.” Our earthly parents, loving their children, do the best they can raising them, chastising when necessary, not knowing what lies in their futures. Our Father God however, knows what lies within the future of His children and He helps {profits} us to do that which is good through loving chastisement that all may be “partakers of His holiness {sanctity, entitled to blessings, the inheritance}, as we reside with our LORD for the Eternity. This is why when Father chastens His children, it serves you well to be thankful and show our LORD appreciation by doing the best you can to improve your spiritual life, studying His Word, seeking understanding so you can stand through this Flesh or Second Earth Age, being a part of the many-membered Body of Christ Jesus through the Millennial Kingdom, and forever with Father God in the Third or Eternal Earth Age.
Hebrews 12:11 says, “Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.” It is only natural to feel hurt when you are chastised by your earthly parents, and of course even more so when Father God chastises when you love and are thankful to Him because you want to be pleasing and know Father receives joy in you since He gives all of His children such joy when you are faithful. Understanding Father’s chastisement, going through the emotions of this so sweet loving correction blossoms a quietness {peaceable fruit of righteousness} within your spiritual self which brings you joy in the blessings of Father God. There is such happiness when you have a spirit inclined to Father. No matter what is happening in your life, when you err and Father has to discipline you, it is so worth it since it brings a peace inside of yourself that you can receive from no other. Be thankful and appreciate Father’s loving chastisement, disciplining your life so you are obedient to Almighty God as you study His Word, walking the Christ-like path since this is the only way you can be a true christian.
Hebrews 12:12 says, “Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees;” For those who are just poor little victims, always feeling sorry for themselves, no pep in their step, whining and complaining all the time, simply dismissing the happiness and joy that rests within Father God, take hold of those poor me babies around you and remind them of how great Father is and how wonderful life is when you are under His love. This world is full of babble and confusion, evil and wickedness, so you know it is not of Almighty God since Father God reigns over peace, love and joy. If you are one of these poor little victims or if there are people in your life who are, help them lift up their hands to Father God and stand on our Foundation who is Christ Jesus by studying the Word of Almighty God, seeking that increase of knowledge only He can give so you have reason to stand spiritually and not falter, having strength within your heart and mind so you can be a faithful servant to Father God. Consider the fact that we are all children of Father God and when we help one another through encouraging study of our LORD’s Word, Chapter by Chapter, Verse by Verse, Line upon Line, it convicts and draws you out of the foolishness of the world, and Father God, finding pleasure in your communing with Him, has no reason to chastise. Father God has an abundance of grace and mercy to bestow upon His children. There is nothing that goes on within your life that cannot be settled and made peaceful when you study Father’s Word, understand His promises and become a part of His christian family through Christ Jesus who is our Living Word. There is a battle soon to be upon this earth, satan with his lies, trickeries and deceiving wonders, perpetrating a great deception, and you must be ready, armed with Father’s Truths, standing as a faithful servant, ready to do the will of our LORD God Almighty. The end is very near and this is a time to be strong and mighty so you are ready to stand against satan and his entourage, Father God always at the helm. You cannot run the race if your hands are hanging down and your knees are feeble.
Hebrews 12:13 says, “And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed.” Through Christ Jesus, relieve yourself of the weight of sin so you can run that race to the finish for Father God Almighty, doing so on a Christ-like path which is the straight path to Father. If you allow yourself to be led from that straight path Christ Jesus taught us to walk, you will be lost in this world with your hands down and feeble knees. What good are you if you have truth within your mind and you allow weakness to cause you to go astray, taking those who you should be a shining example to right along with you wherein they remain lame, not receiving blessings from Father God for that spiritual healing necessary to be His willing servant. Father’s Word is healing and strengthening and this is why it is imperative when you are a plant seeder or teacher of Father’s Word to have true knowledge to share, which eliminates the babble and confusion of those playing church. Proverbs 4:26 & 27 says, “Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established.” “Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil.” The path to eternal life is not crooked, it is straight and you must be firmly established so you or those who follow you do not stumble, and allow yourself to be led astray. Stay on the straight and narrow of Father’s Word so you are led into His outstretched arms of love. Remember what happened to satan because he left the straight and narrow path, his fate now to become ashes from within since he is the son of perdition.
Hebrews 12:14 says, “Follow peace with all [men], and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:” If possible, and it takes strong prayer and study, pursue peace with people, wherein there is sanctification, purity {holiness} which can only be accomplished through Christ Jesus. Christ is our Living Word and it is through understanding His Word that you have peace and can offer calm which comes through sharing the truth of Father’s Word which eliminates babble, confusion, gossip, critical thinking and all matters of behavior that are not pleasing to Father God. When you do mess up however, repent before Father God Almighty in the Precious Name of Christ Jesus. The torch carried while running the race is the very Word of our LORD God Almighty. Feebleness, which is weakness, means your faith is not as strong as it should be which is certainly not pleasing to Father. As the very elect of Father God, Christ Jesus teaches us how to feed His sheep {children} in John – Chapter 21 that all with ears to hear and eyes to see may become as the very elect, likewise doing the will of our Father so that at the appointed time, all shall be in His presence for the Eternity.
Hebrews 12:15 says, “Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble [you], and thereby many be defiled;” “Looking diligently” means “to look upon, inspect, oversee, look after, care for.” “Springing up” means “grow, germination.” “Bitterness” is a “bitter root that produces bitter fruit, gall.” “Trouble you” means “to excite, disturbance, annoy.” “Be defiled” means “to pollute with sins.” Therefore, you must be of a sweet spirit and keep seeds of bitterness from your path and the path of others so this poison does not germinate within your mind, because that poison is satan’s bitter, evil spirit. Keeping on that straight path, finishing the race through the Word of Father God keeps you and others from being polluted with sin which shall cause your hands to hang down and your knees to be weak which brings about a disturbed spirit which is of satan as well.
Hebrews 12:16 says, “Lest there [be] any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright.” “Fornicator” means “a man who prostitutes his body to another's lust for hire.” This is likened to Esau because he sold his birthright for a bowl of mush to feed his flesh as is taught in Genesis – Chapter 25. What Esau did was take that which Father had given to him and sold it to satan, which disregarded the promises of our LORD. This same disobedience shall occur when satan is cast to this earth at the sounding of the Sixth Trump and most of the people of this world, because he comes in peacefully, prosperously, and giving the appearance of Christ Jesus, as Esau, shall sell their souls, prostituting themselves as they lie as a whore {spiritually speaking} in his bed of deception, selling the inheritance Father has given and the birthright into His Eternal Kingdom. This is what happens when you fail to study Father’s Word, understanding those events that shall consummate the end of this Flesh or Second Earth Age, having no clue as to the promises Father has made to His children. This is why you must study for yourself, seeking that understanding only Father God can give, removing the doctrines and traditions of men from your life.
Hebrews 12:17 says, “For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.” When Esau repented as is taught in Genesis – Chapter 27 for selling himself to satan for that bowl of mush, he did not repent to Almighty God, he repented to his flesh father in an attempt to get the heritage that had been passed to Jacob. Just like satan, he wanted that which he was not worthy of. His remorse was not because he took responsibility for sinning, it was because his belly was full and he then realized what he had given up in selling his God given heritage, and this poor excuse of a man blamed his brother for having taken it from him. It never even entered his evil, wicked mind to seek forgiveness from Father God, he just wanted his earthly father to fix the problem he placed upon himself. Esau did not have Father within His spirit just like those calling themselves christians as we now live do not, rather, having the spirit of their pulpit gurus whom they revere over Almighty God who is the only One who can forgive your sins repented for through Christ Jesus. When you have no clue that satan is going to be cast to this earth to perpetrate the greatest deception ever to be known to mankind, believing you are going to rapture, fly away, any moment from the earth, doctrines and traditions of men your inheritance, you are the same prostitute Esau was as you become satan’s harlot {spiritually speaking} when you bow down and worship him because you believe he is our True Christ here to rapture you away. With this severe ignorance you will be rejecting Father God Himself, His promises and the inheritance He has promised to you. If you do not understand these truths, you have turned your back on Father God and He does not like that. Father is not interested in you claiming Him with your lips and having hearts that are far from Him, not even knowing what Christ Jesus taught in Matthew - Chapter 24, Mark – Chapter 13, Luke - Chapters 17 & 21 to keep you on the straight and narrow path which leads to the arms of Almighty God.
Hebrews 12:18 says, “For ye are not come unto the mount that might be touched, and that burned with fire, nor unto blackness, and darkness, and tempest,” In Exodus Chapter 19 {Verses 10 – 12}, Father instructed Moses to let the people know, even though they had cleansed themselves for two days, they still were not worthy spiritually and they were to stand outside of the border, their feet not to touch Mount Sinai. That spiritual cleansing would come through Christ Jesus who had not yet been born from above. The “Old Testament”, as all of Father’s Word, Christ Jesus being our Living Word, teaches us the way, the path, the truth, to the “Light” for that spiritual cleansing, that path opened when Christ Jesus was born from above. Our Lord sacrificing Himself on that cross at Calvary, rent that veil from top to bottom, which means from Heaven to earth, and having defeated death, who is satan, all of Father’s children can now come before His Throne in the Name of Christ Jesus.
Hebrews 12:19 says, “And the sound of a trumpet, and the voice of words; which [voice] they that heard intreated that the word should not be spoken to them any more:” In that same Chapter of Exodus {Verse 16}, when the people heard the voice of Father God, they were frightened, not wanting to hear what Father had to say. As it was, so it is today as those calling themselves christians do not want to hear the voice of Father God which is His Holy Word. They would rather hear the nothingness spoken from the mouths of their pulpit gurus. The “Holy Bible” is the voice of “Almighty God”, and most of the people now upon this earth do not want to hear these truths which brings about discipline, obedience and wisdom because it requires work, which is faithful study. It is impossible to be Christ-like or walk a Christ-like path if you are not disciplined and obedient to the “voice of Father God Almighty.” Because the people who were assembled with Moses trembled and feared Father God, our LORD dismissed them and had Moses come before Him to receive the laws and statutes. Moses would repeat that which Father instructed to the people and it was up to them to follow the Word of our LORD receiving rewards, or turn away from His truths and suffer the consequences of their actions. As it was, so it is today for all of those of this earth who chose not to listen to the Word of Father God wherein are blessings and rewards, rather because of their disobedience, falling prey to satan’s deception when he is cast to this earth to perpetrate the greatest deception ever to be known to mankind because they chose to listen to the doctrines and traditions of men. It is impossible to keep the laws of Father God because flesh is doomed to sin, however there is repentance through Christ Jesus when you hear the voice of Father God, going before His Throne as often as necessary with a pure and remorseful heart seeking forgiveness.
Hebrews 12:20 says, “(For they could not endure that which was commanded, And if so much as a beast touch the mountain, it shall be stoned, or thrust through with a dart:” This is specifically “Verse 13 of Exodus – Chapter 19.” No man or beast could cross the border Father laid around Mount Sinai and if they did, the penalty was death because of disobedience. There were laws in place and Father expected them to be observed and when they were not, sacrifices were offered for their sins through the priests of Almighty God. All of these practices were done away with the coming of Christ Jesus. While not one jot of the laws of Father have changed, there is no longer a need for sacrifices before Almighty God since Christ Jesus, having paid the price for one and all times, is now our Intercessor to Father God and we may repent as often as is necessary, which is every day since flesh is sinful in nature. Father God has given mankind an awesome privilege with repentance, eliminating all excuses, and still so many of mankind chose to carry around their sins, weighing their spiritual selves down, placing distance between themselves and Father God by choice. A time is coming when once again the voice of Almighty God shall cause the earth to tremble as is taught in Revelation 16:17 & 18 which says, “And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done.” “And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, [and] so great.” His Name is Christ Jesus, our “King of kings and Lord of lords.”
Hebrews 12:21 says, “And so terrible was the sight, [that] Moses said, I exceedingly fear and quake:)” This is Exodus 19:19 – 25, the people, Moses as well, fearful, however Moses obeyed the voice of Father who commanded Him to enter into that border of Mount Sinai, the City of Almighty God, because he was faithful, disciplined and obedient which is love for Father. Moses came before our “Consuming Fire, Father God who spoke to him through a burning bush in Exodus – Chapter 3. Father God wants His children to boldly, which means confidently, come before Him, and to not do so timidly, which means with apprehension. Father is not to be feared, He is to be revered {loved}, and Moses was so privileged to stand before our LORD God Almighty. While as we live in this generation we cannot be so privileged, the way to Father God is still free from stubble as we approach Him through the Holy Spirit, in the Name of Christ Jesus. Father loves us and He wants all of His children to speak with Him confidently since this shows love and faith.
Hebrews 12:22 says, “But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,” Father God has written to us, through His Word, the plan for salvation, who is Christ Jesus, when through the Holy Spirit, sins are repented for. Christ Jesus, after His crucifixion, went back to the time of Noah offering salvation to all who had been born before His coming to this earth as is taught in I Peter 3:18 – 22. Father God shall use whomever He so pleases, even the angels who are in Heaven, to help His children in time of need when you are a part of His family. Father God promised that He would never leave or forsake His children and our LORD always, always keeps His promises. It is His children who leave and forsake Him, too busy playing church, lost in the ways of the world, involved in all matters of foolishness, having time for everything and everyone, full of energy for nonsense, however too lazy to spend time with Father studying, praying and seeking understanding of His Word, Chapter by Chapter, Verse by Verse. You want to be a part of the many-membered Body of Christ Jesus, and not a part of the body of this world which shall surely perish at the sounding of the Seventh Trumpet.
Hebrews 12:23 says, “To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,” The “general assembly and the church of the firstborn” are the “very elect” of Father God whom He chose before the foundation of this Flesh or Second Earth Age [Ephesians – Chapter 1 and Romans – Chapter 8]. “Just” means “the zadok {righteous, observing divine laws}.” The very elect were chosen and judged in the Heavenly or First Earth Age because when satan [lucifer] rebelled against Father God [Ezekiel – Chapter 28], they stood with Father against satan and his entourage. Just as the very elect stood in the Age that was, they shall likewise “stand against satan” when he is cast to this earth at the Sixth Trump wherein he will be deceiving most of mankind into believing he is our True Christ here to rapture them away. The names of the very elect are written in the “Book of Life” as is taught in Revelation 20:6 which says, “Blessed and holy [is] he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.” When Christ Jesus returns as “King of kings and Lord of lords”, the very elect, as all of mankind, shall be changed from their flesh bodies into their spiritual bodies, however the very elect shall have immortal souls [Revelation 20:4 -6], while all those who did not stand with Father in the First Earth Age and as well are deceived in this Second Earth Age by the first/false christ [satan], shall have mortal souls. Those spiritual bodies with mortal souls shall be a part of the second testing or resurrection when satan is loosed for a short period after the Millennial Kingdom teaching [Revelation 20:7 & 8] and all mortal souls who remain faithful to the teachings of Christ, will overcome, and all those who still follow death [satan], shall not be a part of everlasting life.
Hebrews 12:24 says, “And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than [that of] Abel.” Salvation came about into the lives of Father’s children through the shed blood of Christ Jesus, while Abel’s shed blood cried out to Father to avenge him. Christ Jesus’ “blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things” has led mankind straight to the “Throne of Father God”, that veil having been rent from Heaven to earth, top to bottom, Christ now our Mediator to Father God Almighty, and therefore all are without excuse. I Timothy 2:5 & 6 says, “For [there is] one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;” “Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.” Surely the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ is the greatest love of all as He is our Advocator to Father God, now sitting at His right hand, and all those who love, believe, trust the promises of, repenting of sins upon acceptance of the New Covenant, may approach Father God freely, heart to heart by the blessing of the Holy Spirit.
Hebrews 12:25 says, “See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more [shall not] we [escape], if we turn away from him that [speaketh] from heaven:” Many did not listen to Moses {that spake on earth} who gave them the Old Covenant as commanded by Father God, refusing to listen and Father was not pleased. Christ Jesus now sits at the right hand of Father God, having left mankind the blessing of His Holy Spirit, is our New Covenant as He speaks to us through the “Holy Bible.” If you are not studying Chapter by Chapter, Verse by Verse, you have no idea what the teachings of Christ Jesus are. Knowledge and understanding comes from faithful study, showing yourself approved unto Father God who is the only One who can grant that increase of understanding His truths. It is impossible to run the race and stand for Father God when you have no idea of His instructions because you are not listening to our Living Word who is Christ Jesus, which means you are turning away from Father God.
Hebrews 12:26 says, “Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.” The voice of Father God shook the earth when He spoke to Moses and the children [Exodus – Chapter 19], and there is a time yet to come when our LORD’s voice shall shake Heaven and earth. Haggai 2:6 & 7 says, “For thus saith the LORD of hosts; Yet once, it [is] a little while, and I will shake the heavens, and the earth, and the sea, and the dry [land];” “And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the LORD of hosts.” This shaking shall begin when that Seventh Trumpet sounds and our Lord Jesus Christ returns to this earth as “King of kings and Lord of lords to reign over the Millennial Kingdom teaching.” The one world religious system of satan shall crumble into nothingness as our Lord Jesus Christ is Ruler of all the earth. Isaiah 65:17 says, “For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.” Revelation 21:1 says, “And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.” That shaking will end when our Father God Almighty with all of His Heavenly hosts descends to this earth which shall be a new Heaven and a new Jerusalem.
Hebrews 12:27 says, “And this [word], Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.” While there will be a “shaking upon the earth and in Heaven”, there shall be a “spiritual shaking” as well, and if you are standing upon the “Rock, who is Christ Jesus”, you have nothing to fear since you will not be removed from that “Foundation” as you continue to run the race crossing the finished line right into the arms of our “True Bridegroom who is Christ Jesus.” It is love for Father God, obedience to His Word, understanding His Truths, always remaining faithful that shall keep you from those doctrines and traditions of men that would cause you to stumble and fall.
Hebrews 12:28 says, “Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:” There is assurance in the Word of Father God that brings you joy when you have understanding of what “thus saith our LORD.” Knowledge of Father’s Word, understanding the Parables Christ Jesus told all of mankind to know and understand, will keep you standing on a solid “Rock who is Christ Jesus”, and there is nothing that can separate you from the love of Father God who extends grace and mercy upon all those who are faithful to Him through our Intercessor, Christ Jesus. Father God loves all of His children, however He shall not be pleased and will be angry at all who bow down and worship His enemy who is satan because of Biblical ignorance, therefore they have reason to tremble, shake and fall. To serve “Father God acceptably with reverence and godly fear {esteem}”, you have to know and understand all those things Christ Jesus taught in Matthew - Chapter 24, Mark – Chapter 13, Luke - Chapters 17 & 21.
Hebrews 12:29 says, “For our God [is] a consuming fire.” This is tender love, grace, kindness, protection and warmth to those in Father’s service, His Holy Spirit, “Father’s glory present.” However, to the enemies of our LORD and Christ Jesus, it shall burn their souls from within [satan, the fallen angels], and those who shall allow themselves to be deceived when satan is cast to this earth shall feel the might of Father’s chastisement, His wrath because of it. Those who shall follow satan believing he is our True Christ shall see a time of discipline and sorrow during the Millennial Kingdom as the very elect will receive their just, earned “rewards” for running the race and standing for Father God, faithfully. Our LORD God Almighty is fair and just in all of His ways. That which you deserve, you shall receive. Study the Word of Father God, feel the joy He brings through Christ Jesus, and be blessed by the Holy Spirit when “YAHOVAH, Father God Almighty and Yeshua, Christ Jesus” is your life!
