THE BOOK OF PSALMS

Psalms - Chapter 77

Psalms 77:1 says, "[[To the chief Musician, to Jeduthun, A Psalm of Asaph.]] I cried unto God with my voice, even unto God with my voice; and he gave ear unto me." "Chief Musician" means "to excel, be bright, be preeminent, be perpetual, be overseer, be enduring - to He who has the victory, to He who gives the victory - Father God Almighty through Christ Jesus." "Jeduthun" means "praising." "Psalm" means "meditation." "Asaph" means gatherer; to gather in {the congregation}." Even when you are "outside of the Sanctuary" meaning "you are occupied with yourself or earthly things that leads to misery", Father hears your prayers however Almighty God is more apt to answer your prayers if you are "inside of the Sanctuary" which means "having thoughts of and a relationship with Him wherein you are under His Wings of Refuge and Deliverance because you are a part of the many-membered Body of Christ Jesus."

Psalms 77:2 says, "In the day of my trouble I sought the Lord: my sore ran in the night, and ceased not: my soul refused to be comforted." "My sore" means "my hand." My hand is stretched out to Father God yet there was no spiritual comfort when trying to rest at night. There is no spiritual comfort when you are "outside of the Sanctuary." There is no peace of mind if you are thinking about yourself, wondering about tomorrow or earthly things you want or feel you deserve. When you are occupied with yourself that means your thoughts are diverted from thinking about "Father God and how Awesome He is."

Psalms 77:3 says, "I remembered God, and was troubled: I complained, and my spirit was overwhelmed. Selah." "I complained" means "I communed with myself." Your spiritual feelings will be soothed by communing with Father God since you will just become weak and wrapped in darkness if trying to find peace within the depths of your own mind. "Selah" means "stop and meditate on what has just been taught which is the act of looking within yourself where you will only find sorrow and pity and connect it with what is about to be taught which is the misery brought on by self-introspection since this means you are outside of the Sanctuary."

Psalms 77:4 says, "Thou holdest mine eyes waking: I am so troubled that I cannot speak." When you are occupied with yourself and not with Father God, having no spiritual peace you toss and turn, unable to find that calm which brings about comfort to sleep. You are spiritually troubled when you become self-absorbed because you are "outside of the Sanctuary."

Psalms 77:5 says, "I have considered the days of old, the years of ancient times." You begin asking yourself what am I doing wrong that is bringing about this misery within myself since in times past, I felt peace and rest within my spirit.

Psalms 77:6 says, "I call to remembrance my song in the night: I commune with mine own heart: and my spirit made diligent search." You recall within your mind when your heart carried the sweet spirit of praise to Father God. Where there was once peace, there is now misery and you ponder over this within yourself wherein you find only sorrow and trouble as you seek wisdom from yourself. When you do not include Father God in your life, you will suffer.

Psalms 77:7 says, "Will the Lord cast off for ever? and will he be favourable no more?" If you do not seek "Father God through His Holy Spirit" you will surely feel forsaken. You wonder if you will ever be pleasing to Father again and the answer is "no" if you are "outside of the Sanctuary." If you are "inside of the Sanctuary" which is pleasing to Father, He has promised to "never leave or forsake you" as is taught in Hebrews 13:5. Father God never leaves or forsakes His children; it is the children who forsake our Father.

Psalms 77:8 says, "Is his mercy clean gone for ever? doth his promise fail for evermore?" You wonder if the loving kindness and promises to you from Father God have disappeared from your life forever. When you commune with yourself and not with Father, you are swimming in a pity party of misery as you wonder if Almighty God has forgotten all about you. If you commune with yourself and not with our Father, you are "outside of the Sanctuary."

Psalms 77:9 says, "Hath God forgotten to be gracious? hath he in anger shut up his tender mercies? Selah." You wonder if Father God no longer has compassion for you because He is enraged and therefore has withdrawn His love, favor and kindness for you. "Selah" means "stop and meditate on what has just been taught which is the misery felt when you are outside of the Sanctuary communing with your I and my, and connect it with what is about to be taught which is returning to the Sanctuary wherein you are communing with Thou and Thy; occupying your thoughts with Father God."

Psalms 77:10 says, "And I said, This is my infirmity: but I will remember the years of the right hand of the most High." When you come to realize what your "problem {infirmity}" is, you will remember the "strength {right hand}" of "YAHOVAH, Father God Almighty" which means you are "returning to the Sanctuary."

Psalms 77:11 says, "I will remember the works of the LORD: surely I will remember thy wonders of old." When you worship Father God in spirit, this is what brings peace, rest, comfort and blessings. "Returning to or going in to the Sanctuary" means you have a spiritual relationship with Almighty God and when you lay down to sleep, having expressed love and given thanks through your prayers "to Father God", you feel peace, rest and comfort as you sleep sweetly, having turned all problems and trouble over to "Father's Hands." There is joy "in the Sanctuary" when you study the truth of our Father's Word so you have understanding of "His Good Gospel" from "In the beginning God created the Heaven and the earth." to "The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen."

Psalms 77:12 says, "I will meditate also of all thy work, and talk of thy doings." Meditate about all the marvelous acts Father God has done for you and His children. Share these awe-inspiring truths by planting seeds of "Father's Good Gospel" wherever they may be heard. Be a witness of the excellent things Father has done for you spiritually, physically, mentally and emotionally as you study "His Word", asking, seeking and knocking for the increase of understanding only "Almighty God can give by the blessing of His Holy Spirit" as you stand on the "Rock of our Foundation who is Christ Jesus."

Psalms 77:13 says, "Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary: who is so great a God as our God?" The way of Almighty God is the only path to our "Living Word who is Christ Jesus {Sanctuary}." There is not one who is like our LORD God Almighty and when you love, serve and are under His will, there is peace, happiness and comfort within your spiritual life.

Psalms 77:14 says, "Thou art the God that doest wonders: thou hast declared thy strength among the people." Never forget that the "strength of Almighty God is His Word" this "Good Gospel" that we are studying. "Father's love for His children, His Promises and Perfect Plan are within His Word." When you understand "Truth" you know and never doubt that all things of Heaven and earth are controlled, set up and taken down by the "Hand of Almighty God."

Psalms 77:15 says, "Thou hast with thine arm redeemed thy people, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah." By "His strength {thine arm}", Father God brought His children out of Egypt into a land of milk and honey. Our LORD shall also redeem His children of this earth who are "in His sanctuary" from satan when he is cast to this earth as the first/false anti-christ. "Selah" means "stop and meditate on what has just been taught which is redemption from captivity and connect it with what is about to be taught which is this truth having been accomplishment as is recorded in the Word of Almighty God."

Psalms 77:16 says, "The waters saw thee, O God, the waters saw thee; they were afraid: the depths also were troubled." The Red Sea was opened for the children to pass through on dry ground by the "Commandment of Almighty God" and the enemies that pursued them trembled when beholding this miracle. Father God brought upon His enemies a "great disturbance {the depths}" that caused them to "tremble {troubled}" at the sight of "His Power, Might and Wondrous Works."

Psalms 77:17 says, "The clouds poured out water: the skies sent out a sound: thine arrows also went abroad." Rain beat down upon Father's enemies as the "thunder {a sound}" roared, "lightening {thine arrows}" streaking across the sky, frightening Pharaoh and his army. That same cloud preceded Father's children protecting them from the rays of the sun as they wandered in the wilderness for forty years. "Father God is Awesome, Fair and Just" as He chastises His enemies and protects His chosen children.

Psalms 77:18 says, "The voice of thy thunder was in the heaven: the lightnings lightened the world: the earth trembled and shook." Through nature, the "Awesome Power of Almighty God" is seen as "He Uses, Commands and Controls" all of the elements to get the attention of His children who are lost in the ways of the world, communing with themselves when they should be communing with "He who created them for His Good Pleasure."

Psalms 77:19 says, "Thy way is in the sea, and thy path in the great waters, and thy footsteps are not known." Father God parted the Red Sea for His children to walk through on dry ground and they did so "by faith." After they all passed over and the sea closed, as they travelled on to the "Promised Land" their faith dwindled, they "forgot {are not known}" the "Marvelous Works of Father God" when the Red Sea was parted for them to cross over. After they partook of Father's numerous blessings, they took the stand of "out of sight, out of mind." They actually saw the "Miracles, Power and Might of Almighty God" and still let their faith diminish, and because of this wandered forty years around the "Promised Land" and passed away, never entering in. As we now live, we are a generation of complete faith as II Corinthians 5:7 says, "(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)" If you do not have faith in the "Promises of Father God and stand in His Sanctuary" which means you are a part of the "many-membered Body of Christ Jesus", when satan is cast to this earth as the first/false anti-christ, you will be deceived and swallowed up by his flood of lies. You will believe death, who is satan, to be our True Christ Jesus, becoming his spiritual whore as you bow down and worship him, ready to rapture  straight into his "bed of harlotry {spiritually speaking}."

Psalms 77:20 says, "Thou leddest thy people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron." As Moses and Aaron led Father's children to the "Promised Land" by the "Power of Almighty God" the very elect of this generation shall lead all with "eyes to see and ears to hear" to the "Truth of our Father's Word." If you are on a righteous path and "in the Sanctuary", just as YAHOVAH, Father God Almighty" removed obstacles in times of old, He will through "Yeshua, Christ Jesus, our Shepherd" do the same for you. Father will lead, not drive, His children from the bondage of satan the anti-christ if you are willing to follow, as you "stand" on faith, never shaken nor forgetting "thy footsteps." Commune with "YAHOVAH, Father God Almighty" through "Yeshua, Christ Jesus" with thanksgiving for the blessings of truth sealed within your mind when you seek, ask and knock "in and from the Sanctuary."
