THE BOOK OF PSALMS

Psalms - Chapter 76

Psalms 76:1 says, "[[To the chief Musician on Neginoth, A Psalm or Song of Asaph.]] In Judah is God known: his name is great in Israel." "Chief Musician" means "to excel, be bright, be preeminent, be perpetual, be overseer, be enduring - to He who has the victory, to He who gives the victory - Father God Almighty through Christ Jesus." "Neginoth" means "smiting {the enemies of Almighty God}." "Asaph" means gatherer; to gather in {the congregation}." "Judah" means "praised." "Israel" means "God prevails." When you know just who "YAHOVAH, Father God Almighty" is from faithfully studying "His Word", you will praise and magnify our LORD with thanksgiving, knowing "Father's Prophecies and Promises" shall come to pass exactly as they are written by the "Hand of His Power and Might."

Psalms 76:2 says, "In Salem also is his tabernacle, and his dwelling place in Zion." "Salem" means "peace; the place of which Melchizedek was king" and is the ancient name of "Jeru-salem." "Zion" means "to excel, be bright, be preeminent, be perpetual, be overseer, be enduring." "Melchizedek" means "King {Melchi} of righteousness {zedek, zadok; the very elect}." Our "Priest of our Most High Father God" is "Christ Jesus who is King of kings and Lord of lords of peace [Hebrews - Chapter 7]." Father God and Christ Jesus shall sit upon their Thrones in Jerusalem"; our "Tabernacle" throughout the "Eternity." Revelation 21:3 says, "And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God."

Psalms 76:3 says, "There brake he the arrows of the bow, the shield, and the sword, and the battle. Selah." "There" means in "Jerusalem." Father God will break the power of satan who shall sit his vile self in Jerusalem, along with all of his wicked children, during the time of deception when "His cup of wrath is poured out upon them" by the return of "Christ Jesus as King of kings and Lord of lords." "Selah" means "stop and meditate on what has just been taught which is Father defeating His enemies and connect it with what is about to be taught which is victory and deliverance through Christ Jesus."

Psalms 76:4 says, "Thou art more glorious and excellent than the mountains of prey." Father God is "magnificent {glorious}" and "powerful {excellent}", and by "His Power and Might" our LORD shall defeat and destroy His enemies who are the "haughty nations or people {mountains}" who think they are more powerful than Almighty God. This is how satan will feel when he is cast to this earth as the first/false anti-christ "tearing Jerusalem to pieces {prey}" with his wickedness as he deceives most of humanity into believing he is our True Christ. Father God will show satan just as powerful he is as his vile soul becomes ashes from within.

Psalms 76:5 says, "The stouthearted are spoiled, they have slept their sleep: and none of the men of might have found their hands." The "enemies {stouthearted}" of our Father God who thought they were so powerful will become helpless under the "Power and Might of Almighty God" when "He pours out His cup of wrath""upon them and they become the prey, unable to "stop {have found their hands}" what they justly deserve.

Psalms 76:6 says, "At thy rebuke, O God of Jacob, both the chariot and horse are cast into a dead sleep." As "YAHOVAH, Father God Almighty" pours "that cup of wrath" upon His enemies, they shall "fall down astounded, stunned {cast into a deep sleep}" as their "horses and chariots {wicked, deceptive power}" becomes useless, hopeless when our "Lord Jesus Christ returns as King of kings and Lord of lords."

Psalms 76:7 says, "Thou, even thou, art to be feared: and who may stand in thy sight when once thou art angry?" The enemies of our Father God will surely be "afraid {feared}" when that "Seventh Trumpet" sounds, our "Lord Jesus Christ returning to this earth as King of kings and Lord of lords" with the "cup of wrath" which is "Almighty God's anger" that shall be poured out against them for the wickedness they perpetrated against His children.

Psalms 76:8 says, "Thou didst cause judgment to be heard from heaven; the earth feared, and was still," The "inhabitants {earth}" are the very elect who shall never bow a knee to satan in his role as the first/false anti-christ, and they shall "revere {feared}" Father God as their spirits are "tranquil and at rest {and was still}" as the wicked receive their "just punishment" when that "Seventh Trumpet" sounds.

Psalms 76:9 says, "When God arose to judgment, to save all the meek of the earth. Selah." The "meek" are the "humble, the very elect" who waited patiently for the return of our Lord Jesus Christ to this earth, never bowing a knee to the beast who is satan. They waited for our "King of kings and Lord of lords" to cleanse the wicked from Jerusalem so that "Father's favorite place in the universe" will be purified from all that is evil. "Selah" means "stop and meditate on what has just been taught which is Father's judgment against the wicked ones and connect it with praising our LORD because of that judgment which is about to be taught."

Psalms 76:10 says, "Surely the wrath of man shall praise thee: the remainder of wrath shalt thou restrain." If there are any of the earth who shall be so bold and ignorant as to be angry with our Father God Almighty as judgment is poured out against the wicked one satan, once they understand that it was "death [satan]" who deceived them while they were yet within their flesh bodies, that anger shall change to "praise for Almighty God" for saving them from death, that son of perdition. When satan is locked in his pit as the Millennial Kingdom teaching begins and all those who allowed themselves to be deceived by him as the first/false anti-christ see him for what he truly is, they shall say as is taught in Isaiah 14:15 - 17, "Yet thou [satan] shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit." "They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;" "That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners?" Those who allowed themselves to be deceived will come to understand that they turned their backs on our "Father God who is Creator of Heaven and earth" and worshipped satan who is a part of the creation and fell from Father's grace and mercy in the Spiritual or First Earth Age with rebellion, murdering our Lord Jesus Christ in this Flesh or Second Earth Age. The anger of those created means nothing as compared to the anger of our "Father God which is justified" when ignorance of understanding "His Word" causes you to flee joyfully into the hands of "His enemies" who are looking to steal your soul unto death.

Psalms 76:11 says, "Vow, and pay unto the LORD your God: let all that be round about him bring presents unto him that ought to be feared." "Promise by not forgetting your obligations and bind yourself {vow}" to Father in "obedience for the peace restored {pay}" by our LORD as judgment is handed down against His enemies. Give "homage {presents}" for "Father's love, grace and mercy" as every heart reveres our "LORD for deliverance and freedom through Christ Jesus."

Psalms 76:12 says, "He shall cut off the spirit of princes: he is terrible to the kings of the earth." Father God shall "bring to nothingness {cut off}" the "vanity and conquest {spirit}" of satan and his entourage as they seek desolation and death of the souls of His children. "YAHOVAH, Father God Almighty" is "awesome {terrible}" as He melts away all the crowns of their power to naught as there shall be only "One Crown of Power" and it shall be worn by "Yeshua, Christ Jesus who is our King of kings and Lord of lords."
