HEBREWS – CHAPTER 8
Hebrews 8:1 says, “Now of the things which we have spoken [this is] the sum: We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens;” “Father God is so Marvelous.” The sum of the matter is that all of mankind, Father’s children, have Christ Jesus as our “Intercessor, our Advocate”, sitting at the right hand of Father God Almighty Himself where He shall be until all of His enemies are made His footstool. We pray, in times of trouble to our Father through Christ Jesus who will protect us from our enemies, having given us power over them as Luke 10:18 & 19 says, “And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.” “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” Father God wants all of His children to come to Him through our High Priest who is Christ Jesus, declaring love for our LORD, seeking repentance, guidance, instruction, that we may be in His service, doing our Father’s will, not our own will, as we plant seeds of truth wherever they may be heard.
Hebrews 8:2 says, “A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man.” “Sanctuary” means “a most holy place, holiest place – our Holy of Holies, Father God.” “The true tabernacle” is within “Father’s Heavenly Estate, who is Christ Jesus, our High Priest.” “Pitch” means “to fasten together.” “Christ Jesus” is the “Tabernacle” of our “Sanctuary” who is “Father God Almighty.” Mankind is a part of the many-membered body of Christ Jesus if you know who He is and are a part of His christian family. Moses built a tabernacle unto our LORD and being made by flesh hands, it is not perfect and surely withered away, however the “Tabernacle” formed by Christ Jesus when He rose from the dead is an “Eternal Sanctuary that is without end, Eternal.” You are a part of this “Tabernacle” when you love and believe in Christ Jesus, who is our “Salvation”, and loving Father God, you come before His Throne of grace and mercy repenting of sins, that veil having been rent from top to bottom through our Lord Jesus Christ, repentance offered until the return of our Lord to this earth as “King of kings and Lord of lords.” In the time of old, once a year the Levitical priest would enter into the sanctuary {Holy of Holies} which was hidden in back of the veil in the tabernacle, this being a shadow of that which was yet to come. There was no perfection in the priests of old since as all of mankind, flesh is sinful. Now our High Priest who is Christ Jesus, who is Perfect, without blemish, and has entered into Heaven after He rose from the grave, defeated death [satan] and now sits at the right hand of His Father, that veil no longer a separation between Father God and His children. Mark 15:37 & 38 says, “And Jesus cried with a loud voice, and gave up the spirit.” “And the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom.” It is because of this great love Father has for His children that we are a part of He who created all for His good pleasure. Therefore, when you meditate on our “True Temple”, know and understand that it is not that building you attend ritually, it is our “Lord Jesus Christ.”
Hebrews 8:3 says, “For every high priest is ordained to offer gifts and sacrifices: wherefore [it is] of necessity that this man have somewhat also to offer.” “Every high priest” means those in the flesh, offered Father sacrifices for their sins and the sins of the people, as well as what would be considered love offerings. “Christ Jesus, our High Priest” offered Himself on that cross at Calvary as He shed His blood for all of mankind. “Christ Jesus is Father God Almighty Himself personified within the Flesh; giving the greatest gift mankind could receive, the greatest love of all.” This precious gift is accepted when you believe in Christ Jesus, love our Most High Father God and repent of all sins as often as necessary, identifying your sins and trying, with the best of your ability to walk a Christ-like path. Christ Jesus is our “Way” to Father God Almighty. Our Lord Christ Jesus defeated death on that cross, which is to say satan himself. The blood of Christ was sufficient to remove the need for all animal sacrifices and offerings from that time, never to be a required again. When you partake of Holy Communion, you are expressing your belief in all of these things, which are a part of the “sum of the matter.”
Hebrews 8:4 says, “For if he were on earth, he should not be a priest, seeing that there are priests that offer gifts according to the law:” Those of the flesh priesthood offered sacrifice for themselves before offering sacrifice for the people because all flesh is sinful. There is only One who is “Perfect and that is Christ Jesus.” Also, Christ as our High Priest is accepted in Heaven where He now sits at the right hand of His Father, however in most of the churches around this world, our Lord is not accepted because most calling themselves christians do not even know who Christ is and the time of His visitation or return to this earth. They are ready and waiting to fly away, rapture, any moment out of here with satan’s deception when Father’s Word clearly teaches Christ Jesus is returning to this earth to set up His Millennial Kingdom teaching. Today, if Christ Jesus sat in most of the congregations around this world and taught the truth of Father’s Word, just as He was accused by the unlearned before His crucifixion, He would likewise be accused by the unlearned of this generation.
Hebrews 8:5 says, “Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, [that] thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount.” Father God provided instruction to Moses as to exactly how His tabernacle was to be built in Exodus – Chapter 25. In the Eternal or Third Earth Age, Revelation 21:21 & 22 teaches of the Temple that shall be, not one made with hands as it says, “And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.” “And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb [is] the light thereof. The tabernacle Moses built was designed by Father God and was a type for He who was to come, Christ Jesus, our True Tabernacle, therefore those buildings christians ritually attend are just that, buildings built by the hands of man and constructed by their blueprint and not even Father’s design. If the many churches around this world were according to Father’s design, they would be teaching as the churches of Smyrna and Philadelphia, whom Christ Jesus was pleased with.

Hebrews 8:6 says, “But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.” “Christ Jesus is out better Covenant.” Although many of mankind turn away from or leave Father God, our LORD never, ever forsakes His children and this is a promise Father has made to all who love Him as Hebrews 13:5 says, “Let your] conversation [be] without covetousness; [and be] content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” Through the promises of Father God, there is repentance. The promises of Father God were made in the “Old Testament” and fulfilled in the “New Testament through Christ Jesus who is our High Priest after the order of Melchisedec, which was sealed by Father God’s sworn oath.” Christ Jesus is our hope of salvation and it is through Him that mankind has a promise of eternal life when you believe, love and trust in our Father, obeying His commandments of love.
Hebrews 8:7 says, “For if that first [covenant] had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second.” The first covenant was put into place by Father God and all things that He commands are perfect. It was the people who failed to be obedient to Father God and the first covenant [Jeremiah 31:32], which was a foreshadow of He who was to come, Christ Jesus, because the blood of animals alone cannot save you, it is having love, trust, faith and obedience to Father. Amos – Chapter 4 teaches of all that befell the children and they did not have sense enough to return back to Father God, rather waddling in their ignorance. Keeping the ordinances of Father with blood sacrifices means nothing to our LORD when they are doing nothing more than an act of habit since Father’s Words were not being internalized within their hearts and minds wherein they had pure love for Him. Christ Jesus, sacrificing Himself upon that cross brought salvation to all of mankind, renting that veil from top to bottom, repentance before the Throne of Father God without further need of animal sacrifices offered, in the name of Christ Jesus who was our Perfect Sacrifice for one and all times having the “power and authority to save” all who believe, repent and come to the knowledge of Father God and His Beloved Son. There is only one way to come to the knowledge of Father God and Christ Jesus and that is by studying the Word Chapter by Chapter, Verse by Verse, Precept upon Percept, Line by Line.
Hebrews 8:8 says, “For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:” This was a promise Father made in the “Old Testament”, Jeremiah 31:31 saying, “Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:” Father God finds fault with any who abide in the laws of the ordinances, which are rituals and ceremonies within churches made with hands, attending these buildings more of a habit than a need for truth since most deceive themselves into believing that building and their pulpit guru establish a righteous path to Father. The doctrines and traditions of men only keep you far from Father God because although you may be able to fool the fools, you cannot fool Father who knows your every thought and what is truly within your heart. Therefore, what you say to sound holy may impress people, however Father knows when you have a heart for Him or for the things that are impressing to other church-goers. Isaiah 29:13 & 14 says, “Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near [me] with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart {mind} far from me, and their fear {love, reverence} toward me is taught by the precept {doctrines and traditions} of men:” “Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvellous work among this people, [even] a marvellous work and a wonder: for the wisdom of their wise [men] shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent [men] shall be hid.”
Hebrews 8:9 says, “Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord.” This is Jeremiah 31:32 which says, “Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day [that] I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD:” Father God never left the children when He released them from the hands of Pharaoh, rather they forsook Father with their whining, moaning and complaining, never grateful for all that Father was doing for them because He loved His children so much, rather they turned to idolatry. All the miracles of Father God meant nothing to them. They did not trust Father just as those of this generation do not trust our Father, believing every word that comes out of the pulpit gurus mouth, ready to any moment, rapture or fly away because they never bother to study Chapter by Chapter, Verse by Verse, praying for the understanding, that increase only Father God can give. Playing church is not your rescue from the casting of satan to this earth at the Sixth Trump. Just as the children in the wilderness were unable to keep the covenant of Father, so it is in this generation when you have a heart, mind and spirit that is not formed by Father’s Word. All who have the knowledge should be thanking Father God daily for His patience over those who so easily turn their backs on Him, forgetting or not caring that Father has emotions we could never even begin to imagine. When your life seems to be going in the wrong direction, ask yourself why and return to Father God who will receive you with love and rest, that peace of mind only He can give.
Hebrews 8:10 says, “For this [is] the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:” This is Jeremiah 31:33 which says, “But this [shall be] the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.” To enter into “rest, peace of mind” now, as we walk in the flesh, there is a most definite need to have the seal of Father’s truths within your mind as Revelation 7:3 says, “Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.” Having the “Seal of Father God within your forehead” is very important in that satan is instructed [Revelation - Chapter 9], specifically, that he cannot touch those {Father’s servants/election} who have the seal, which is truth, of our LORD within their minds {foreheads/hearts}. The “seal of Almighty God within your forehead” is to have a working knowledge of His Word in your mind, knowing those things He and His Son instructed, told us to know, the mysteries and parables unfolding to your understanding. Many memorize the words of the Bible, but have no idea what the message being revealed or taught is. Father is so loving and kind toward His children and we have so much to be thankful for. Our LORD has given mankind another opportunity should they fail in this Flesh or Second Earth Age, and that chance comes with the Millennial Kingdom which Christ shall reign over when He returns to this earth at the “Seventh Trump as King of kings and Lord of lords.” All shall be in their spiritual bodies, however all shall not inherit their immortal souls if they were deceived by satan while in the flesh, therefore still bearing the burden of the mortal soul until after the one thousand year teaching and the final test, satan being loosed for a short period that final time before he becomes ashes from within. Have you ever read all of these truths in the Book of Revelation since it is all there, Father never, ever wanting His children to walk in darkness because that belongs to satan, “Christ Jesus, the Word of Father God Almighty, the Light of the World.” This is what “and they shall be to me a people” means since during the Millennial Kingdom teaching there will be no negative influence at all to keep any of Father’s children from comprehending His Truths exactly as they are written.
Hebrews 8:11 says, “And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.” This is Jeremiah 31:34 which says, “And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.” All will come to the truth of Father’s Word during the Millennial Kingdom teaching with no negative interference whatsoever. Christ will reign supreme and there will be a teaching of discipline such as mankind never, ever experienced while in the flesh. As “King of kings and Lord of lords” Christ shall rule with a “rod of iron, which is discipline {obedience} [Revelation 19:11 – 16]. It is impossible to be a servant, in the service of Father God without discipline of soul and spirit in obedience to our LORD. There will be no excuses since satan, having no power or authority at all, will be locked in his pit and all those who allowed themselves to be deceived while in the flesh, now in their spiritual bodies with mortal souls, will look at this creature with disdain, that something so pathetic deceived them [Isaiah 14:16 & 17]. Therefore, although Father will not be pleased that any should fall under the deception of satan when he is cast to this earth as the first/false christ, Father always makes a way for His children since He desires and loves us so much, that He does not want to see one perish as satan shall since he has been judged, being the son of perdition. Judge the tree by its fruit and become a part of the many-membered body of Christ Jesus, avoiding the deception to befall mankind before our True Christ returns. Seek, ask and knock for truth and Father will hear your plea.
Hebrews 8:12 says, “For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.” Father will wipe away our sins, wherein we become innocent of any sinful deeds asked forgiveness for, Father God pardoning us out of love. Having this knowledge of Father’s Word within our hearts and minds, walking a Christ-like path, and understanding christianity is a reality, “bringing our Father God pleasure.” John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Father God personified Himself in the flesh, being born from above, through the womb of a woman, bringing forth our Lord Jesus Christ, who gave of His life on that cross at Calvary, that through belief, faith, love and repentance, the souls of mankind, you and I, may have eternal life. John 15:13 says, “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. Christ Jesus, Father God Himself in the flesh, “Perfect” in all of His ways, became our “Sacrificial Lamb”, giving of Himself for our sins on the cross, for one and all times. Why? Because Father God loves His children, having created all souls to bring Him pleasure, as we delight in His precious love. “Love” is an “affection” which can not be bought and sold. It is a genuine feeling from one heart to another heart. Pure, unconditional love is “pleasing.” Therefore, when you have repented of sins with a pure and true heart in the Name of Christ Jesus before the Throne of Father God Almighty, having received forgiveness which you can most definitely feel within your spirit, while Father wants you to learn from it, He does not want you to continue to punish yourself since He has forgiven the unrighteousness and does not want to hear about it again. Forgive yourself and go on with your spiritual walk, becoming one Father can find pleasure in. Flesh is sinful and you will always find yourself before Father’s Throne, and each time you approach Him faithfully, Father will forgive when He knows you are doing your best and studying His Word to show yourself approved.
Hebrews 8:13 says, “In that he saith, A new [covenant], he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old [is] ready to vanish away.” That tent, the tabernacle with the candlestick that was built up by Moses was a schoolmaster of that which was to come. That tent built with hands would not be eternal since if would crumble and fade away eventually. However, Christ Jesus, our Temple, is Everlasting. He is the Light of the world who came and fulfilled the promises of Father God wherein our sins are washed clean through the blood of Christ on that cross. Father has given mankind the greatest love of all and in return He wants, expects His children to love Him with pure and faithful discipline and obedience. This does not mean any of us will be perfect since flesh is always liable to sin, however Father expects His children to believe in Christ Jesus with love, repenting of all sins in His Name before the Throne of Almighty God which demonstrates love, faith, discipline and obedience to He who created mankind for His good pleasure. To be a part of the many-membered body of Christ Jesus is not a hard way when you study the Word of “YAHOVAH, Father God Almighty” through “Yeshua, Christ Jesus who is our Living Word.”
